Sentencing & Plea Negotiation Memorandum

Our mitigation reports and videos powerfully humanize each client; they provide critical evidence uncovered in our work to support a deeper understanding of the person’s life and the context of their actions. We skillfully synthesize information gleaned in interviews, collateral testimony, a thorough review of records, scholarly research, and expert assessments into a compelling narrative account of each client’s biopsychosocial history as well as the circumstances surrounding their offense. Clemency & Compassionate Release Application

We work collaboratively with attorneys to aid on a state or federal-level application for commutation (reduction of sentence) or pardon (total forgiveness) which includes developing a personal statement, obtaining letters of support, and other supplementary documents. Our team has expertise in uncovering, developing, and writing the mitigation narrative that forms the backbone of any successful application.

Mitigation Video

Mitigation videos are a form of visual legal advocacy. We excel at creating these videos for the specific target audience and purpose. Our mitigation videos are powerful tools that humanize each person and effectively tell their story to a judge.
