Harnessing our team’s extensive technical and creative skill and experience with video production, our mitigation videos viscerally elevate the voices and story of our client’s life and their role in the alleged offense. We provide a free 30-minute consultation with prospective clients and attorneys. We develop an individualized plan tailored to the specifics of each case. Our work serves to powerfully humanize each client and to explain and contextualize their offense(s) in a way that elicits empathy and inspires confidence in their ability to address their mistakes, change, and grow. Our familiarity with many areas of law, types of cases, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and complex situations helps us to approach each case with the benefit of experience while also recognizing the uniqueness of each situation.

We create a customized action plan for each one of our cases. The services we recommend aim to present a compelling argument, humanizing the client with an explanation of their offense that evokes empathy and affirms their humanity.
